1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the LubdubBazaar Freedom Sale 2026 (“Campaign”) conducted on lubdubbazaar.com. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LubdubBazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

2. Campaign Period

The Freedom Sale is valid from 13 August 2026 (12:00 AM IST) to 17 August 2026 (11:59 PM IST).

3. ₹150 Welcome Coupon — FREEDOM150

3.1 Eligibility

  • Available to new customers only who register on LubdubBazaar.com during the Campaign Period.
  • One coupon per customer. Duplicate or existing accounts are not eligible.

3.2 Coupon Details

  • Coupon Code: FREEDOM150
  • Discount Value: ₹150 OFF
  • Minimum Order Value: ₹2,000 (before taxes and shipping)
  • Valid for: First eligible online order only

3.3 Validity

  • Coupon is valid from 13 August 2026 to 17 August 2026 only.
  • Unused coupons will expire automatically after 17 August 2026.

3.4 Restrictions

  • Cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion.
  • Not applicable on already discounted products unless explicitly stated.
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. ₹15,000 Top Buyer Contest

4.1 Eligibility

  • Open to all registered customers who place eligible online orders on LubdubBazaar.com during the Campaign Period.
  • Participation is automatic upon placing an eligible order.

4.2 How the Winner is Determined

  • The customer with the highest eligible net order value (total paid amount after cancellations, refunds, and returns) during the Campaign Period will be declared the winner.
  • In the event of a tie, the customer who achieved the highest order value first (by order timestamp) will be declared the winner.

4.3 Ineligible Orders

The following orders will not be counted toward the contest:

  • Offline orders
  • WhatsApp orders
  • IndiaMART orders
  • Amazon orders
  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded orders (partial or full)
  • Unpaid or pending payment orders

4.4 Prize Details

  • Prize: ₹15,000 Discount Coupon
  • Minimum Order Value to redeem: ₹20,000 (before taxes and shipping)
  • Coupon Validity: 60 days from the date of issue
  • The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.5 Winner Announcement

  • The winner will be announced on 20 August 2026 via email and on LubdubBazaar.com.
  • LubdubBazaar’s decision on the winner is final and binding.

5. Eligible Orders — General

For both the ₹150 coupon and the Top Buyer Contest, an eligible order means:

  • Placed on LubdubBazaar.com (online store only)
  • Fully paid at the time of order
  • Not cancelled, refunded, or disputed
  • Placed within the Campaign Period (13–17 August 2026)

6. Disqualification

LubdubBazaar reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false registration information
  • Engages in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive ordering behaviour
  • Places and cancels orders to artificially inflate order value
  • Violates these Terms in any manner

7. Privacy

Participant data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for Campaign administration and communication. LubdubBazaar will not share your data with third parties except as required by law. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

LubdubBazaar shall not be liable for any technical failures, payment gateway errors, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect Campaign participation or prize delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [your city].
