Returns

Conditions for return
• Products should be unused
• Products should be returned with original price tags, labels, and bar-code. In case of strips, only full unopened strips can be returned.
Some Products are Non returnable.
Our standard return policy for most products is 15 days from the ship date, however LubdubBazaar.com has thousands of items featured on the website. The return policy for each product may vary. The amount will be in your account which you can use in future to place any orders.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective, LubDubBazaar.com will promptly exchange.
You can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.
When returning the products please place them in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely, so as to any loss or damage during transit, and ship to the following address:

Refunds
On successful receipt and processing of your return, an amount equal to the value of goods returned minus any applicable shipping charges and discounts will be credited to your Lubdubbazaar.com account. A notification informing the same will be sent to your registered email address. You will be able to use this amount for any subsequent purchases at Lubdubbazaar.com.
If for some reason we are unable to accept the return, you will be informed accordingly. Once the products are received by us, we will process the refunds within 1-2 days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
Damaged products
In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged:
Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with.
If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a Exchange. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product. In such cases, we will offer a refund.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process outlined in the returns section will be applicable.
